About Dr. Ali Arnaout
Dr Ali Arnaout is a UK and Irish board‑certified and GMC‑ nad IMC registered consultant plastic surgeon specialising in oncoplastic breast surgery, aesthetic breast surgery and advanced body contouring. Based in central London and Dublin, he provides a comprehensive range of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures with an emphasis on natural, safe and long‑lasting results.

Dr Arnaout completed his plastic surgery training in the East of England and gained extensive experience at leading centres including Addenbrooke’s Hospital (Cambridge University Hospitals), the St Andrew’s Centre for Plastic Surgery at Broomfield Hospital and the Lister Hospital. He went on to complete prestigious fellowships in the UK and Sweden, including advanced aesthetic training at Reformkliniken and Victoriakliniken where he became certified in Motiva MIA Femtech and Preservé techniques. This dual training makes him one of the few UK surgeons proficient in both the minimally invasive MIA Femtech procedure and the tissue‑preserving Preservé breast augmentation.
